October 10th, 2009Throughout the year there are particular days or periods of time when enhancing the related area of the Bagua will give you a better outcome. Around October 7 the area in your home is Mountain/Knowledge. If you don’t know where this area is in your home you can read about it here.
This area is symbolized by a cave within a mountain, and relates to different forms of knowledge, such as teaching, study and introspection. It is also about the inner knowledge we use to base our judgements and decisions upon. When this area is missing from a building, the occupants are often superficial in their behavior.
This area should always be the quietest in any home, and is suited to large box like objects such as wardrobes and cupboards, and is ideal as an area for storage. During these months it is especially good to place single ornaments there, or create storage space.

1 Water: as you are now in a 9 Fire month, it is worth bearing in mind that the relation of 1 Water to 9 Fire can be to challenge the excessive flamboyant behavior of 9 Fire. To avoid this conflict you want to stay grounded, honest, and loosen up a bit so you can enjoy the positive side of this month.
2 Earth: this month you get a break from fussing around and get the chance to recuperate from your hectic social life. Being in this 1 Water month you will want to sleep more, and finding that you have less money than expected, will stay at home.
3 Wood: your 2 Earth month is another slow month, but with fewer emotional up and downs. If you can just resist the urge for one more month to rush ahead, you will benefit from cleaning up the house, tying up loose ends, and not talking too much about you plans.
4 Wood: you need to keep your feet on the ground in this 3 Wood month. Now is as ideal to time to explore new ideas, but don’t feel pressured to make premature decisions, and instead enjoy some creativity and romance.
5 Earth: your tendency towards insecurity could now lead you to self sabotage, in the form of a failed attempt at changing your plans. Your 4 Wood month will provide you with a vision to follow over the coming months but remember you have to nurture your dreams.
6 Metal: you are now in a 5 Earth month and so people will be looking to you for help and guidance. Remember that you also have to look after yourself as well, so asserting good judgment this month will help both you and everyone else.
7 Metal: you are in your element in this 6 Metal month, but don’t allow your pride to get in the way of your accomplishments, or you will put off those you could be helping most.
8 Earth: the 7 Metal month that you now occupy is a time for celebrating what you have achieved, and you can rely on your vast experience to make the most of the month. Although you should be careful not to throw your money away on unwise schemes.
9 Fire: optimism and some unfamiliar patience will get you through your 8 Earth month, otherwise the frustration of having to wait for anything to happen could drive you to unsuccessful confrontation. You now have a chance to repair a relationship, or make a move on a new job or home.
